The university has produced Nobel Prize winners, as well as thousands of new technologies, products, and services.

The college has an average student to faculty ratio of 16 to one. This means that each professor will have more time for you and smaller class sizes. This low student-faculty ratio allows instructors to give individualized attention to each student. This is also advantageous for students who have different learning styles.

Stevens offers an Early Action program, which allows applicants to submit an early application. The admissions rate for Stevens is around 40%, but with this program, it jumps to 56%. This is the best way to increase your chances of admission. However, early applications are not binding, and there is no guarantee that you’ll get in.

To be considered for admission, a student must have an ACT composite score of 26 or higher, an SAT score of 1200, and an average high school GPA in the “A” range. In addition, applicants must submit an essay, official SAT test scores, and a high school transcript.

Grants and contracts received by school

It has received numerous grants and contracts and is a member of a number of collaborative projects. It is also the site of two National Centers of Excellence.

In sports, Stevens has won several national championships. Brittany Geyer won the 200-yard breaststroke title in 2012 and the 100-yard breaststroke title in 2015. The Stevens men’s tennis team has won 12 straight conference championships. One of its former volleyball players has the most digs in Division III history. Her achievements include being the second-best digger in NCAA history. In addition, Kerri Rettig won the IHSA National Intermediate Flat Championship in 2005. Unfortunately, Stevens College of Technology no longer fields an equestrian team.
